2021 will be a year of new and exciting improvements – those of which I’m confident will benefit our customers in more ways than just bottom line. Using data to improve our pricing, and better communication from the office team are just a couple of ways we plan to strengthen our processes this year.
Greater simplicity, ease-of-use, and enhanced communication are core concepts we’re working towards. Of course, none of this could be possible without our incredible network of GCs.
